I am a chiropractor. Its my purpose, love, and passion. I believe in it wholeheartedly and love getting to serve my patients and community through it. It inspires and empowers me, and is at the core of who I am. Even though I love my job that much, burnout is a very real thing, and I’m sure this is something you can relate to.

tank

We live in a society and world that takes so much from us. Its apparent in our jobs, relationships, families, home responsibilities, and obligations. Well, you only have so much to give to the world. Your tank is limited, and it needs to be refilled often.

I am just wrapping up an amazing 4 day weekend with my husband and friends. I was able to enjoy a concert, spend a large amount of time in nature, and spend quality time with those I love. I am now refilled, refreshed, and more excited than ever to get back to serving my community.

Go on vacations, spend time in your hobbies, spend time with your friends and families, take a walk, do whatever it is that revitalizes you. I promise that you will come back refreshed, revitalized, and better than you were when you started. Doctors orders, go have fun and take care of yourself. Refill your tank. The world will be a better place if we all do.
