What is BrainTap?
This extensively researched light & sound technology creates a perfect symmetry of sound frequencies and light synchronization for the ultimate in binaural brainwave entrainment and relaxation. What to expect:
Most sessions are about 20 minutes in length. You will be taken to a quiet area and given a headset to wear. The headset contains flashing lights in the goggles, auriculotherapy lights in the earpieces, and headphones. During the session your eyes will be closed, though you will still be able to sense the lights. One or two voices will guide you through the session. You do not need to attempt to retain information, or even listen to the words at all. Many people drift off to sleep during the process, and this is actually the goal. After a session you will wake naturally within seconds of the headset turning off, feeling alert, energized, and focused. Patients report they sleep better at night and feel less fatigued through the day.
