Help Us Spread Some Luck To Kids & Families That Need It.
Our February Special to raise money for ChildServe was a huge success, but we know there are still some of you that didn't take advantage of this special opportunity.

That's why we are extending the special for another week in March. During the week of March 15th - 19th every new patient will receive their first day services free of charge with a donation of $25 to ChildServe. Any established patient may also donate $25 in exchange for an adjustment once during the the week.
ChildServe is a non-profit organization based in Johnston that helps children with special health care needs live a great life. ChildServe provides specialized pediatric health care to more than 2,200 children in Iowa. Through the support of private insurance, public funds, and the generosity of donors, ChildServe offers accessible, family-centered care unique to each child’s needs, hopes, and dreams.
This is our way of making a connection between our wonderful patients and this great organization, we encourage everyone to take advantage if this special offer and help make a difference in a child's life.
*First day visit includes - A Health History & Consultation,
An Orthopedic & Neurological Exam, Initial X-rays (if
necessary), & Report of Findings. |
