Dr. Chris Hufford, originally from Windsor Heights, Iowa, graduated from West Des Moines Valley High School in 2002. After high school, Chris went on to serve the in U.S. Army as an Airborne Medic where he served 4 years active duty and 4 years in the reserves. During that time, Chris found his passion for health and serving people. In 2011, Chris graduated from Grandview University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Biochemistry and Biology. His commitment to learning the fine details of the human body sparked his passion to learn about wellness. The chiropractic lifestyle deeply resonated with his wellness philosophies. Chris went on to attend Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California and graduated in September 2016.
Dr. Chris’ mission is to lead, educate and excite his community about natural healthcare and optimal wellness via chiropractic care and nutrition. He currently practices the art of full-spine adjusting as well as extremity adjustments (shoulders, ankles, the lower jaw, ribs, etc.). Chris is currently continuing his education with the College of Integrative Medicine, a functional medicine program designed to promote wellness through nutrition. Chris’ passions outside of chiropractic include cycling, golfing, yoga, tennis, dancing, hiking, reading health-related books, research and education, and spending time with his two nieces. Chris values faith, family, integrity, selfless-service and abundant love.
